Located on the first floor of an Art Nouveau building at Via Plebiscito 237, the apartment is bright, spacious, and comfortable, offering a large, fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi; there is also an additional room with a sofa, TV, and desk. On the top floor, there is a communal terrace with tables, chairs, and a view of Mount Etna. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly fee of €100 covering all utilities (electricity, water, building fees, Wi-Fi, and waste disposal tax). A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. Mandatory cleaning of the entire apartment every two weeks costs €10.
